Surgeons wishing to apply may do so by submitting official documentation in order to be considered immediately.  They may do so by clicking here.  Generally this includes the official pathology report, and the dictation of the operative report.  In addition, TKC staff performs regular literature searches of reliable sources and data collection agencies in order to attempt to compile a comprehensive list of all surgeons internationally who have accomplished this feat.

However,  we acknowledge that while every effort is made to assure authenticity, details can only be verified to certain level, relying on the integrity of the surgeon as to the legitimacy of the reports sent to us and the specimen sent to pathology.
